Greetings and Welcome to Golf at MCC!
We have a beautifully maintained 9 hole golf course with separate tees for men and women. In addition, we have two different tee boxes on each hole. Golfers play holes #1-9 and then return to play holes #10-18 from different tees. The tees for men are white on holes #1-9 and for women they are red. For holes #10-#18 the tees are blue for men and green for women.
Holes #1-5 are located on the west side of the resort (entry is between lots #141 and #142). Holes #6-9 are located on the east side of the Resort (entry is between lots #155 and #156).
The golf course is free to all guests and owners. You may use a pull cart, golf cart or carry your clubs. There is no pro shop nor marshals. There is no golf cart nor pull cart rentals. The use of the course is on an honor system where people play the game as they would on any course. Play is based on 1-4 players per hole and players should pick up their ball after playing their sixth stroke (i.e. twice the par), this keeps play at a comfortable pace.
Every hole is a par 3 and fourteen holes are over water, so bring extra balls. Because of the high use of the golf course, MCC requires a tee to be used on all tee boxes. MCC has a utility box located at hole #1 (also hole #10) and #6 (also hole #14) that contains scorecards, pencils, tees and flat ball markers. Each green has a box of tools to repair ball marks. Please be sure to repair divots on the tee boxes, (sand is available on each tee box) repair ball marks on the greens and rake all bunkers.
During the season, the Men’s Golf League plays on Wednesdays at 8:30am (~November 8 – April 9th). Men are encouraged to come and play with MCC owners. Cost is $15 per person and the top teams take home a prize. The Women’s Golf League plays on Thursdays at 8:45am (~November 9 – April 17th). Women play a scramble format. Cost is $7 per person and the top teams take home a prize. Both groups retire to the Top of the Falls restaurant for lunch following the round.
Please note, dogs are not allowed on the course at any time.
