With the scheduled retirement of the on-site real estate sales team at MCC, we are pleased to announce that member Ken Pollich has been chosen to continue the success of real estate sales for the resort. Ken has been an owner at MCC since 2020 and like many of us after visiting for a few days he decided to purchase a lot. Ken, realizing that MCC was something special, decided to become involved in our continuing effort to improve an already impressive property by being elected to Board of Directors.
Ken has a long and varied record of service to others having served six years in the Marine Corps (Semper Fi!) and then 26 years in law enforcement in Montclair, CA. He later received a bachelor’s degree from Cal State Long Beach and then taught criminal justice at San Joaquin Valley College (SJVC).
Ken often mentions his marriage to his best friend Christi and has four children and five grandchildren.
Ken has been involved in the real estate industry since 2007 and has owned several real estate brokerages employing and mentoring several agents. He currently owns an escrow company in Ranch Cucamonga, CA. Ken has earned a reputation for integrity, knowledge, expertise and exceptional client service and follow-up.
Ken intends to improve the real estate sales experience at Motorcoach Country Club for both the seller and purchaser. A new lot sales web-site with a fresh look is under construction and will soon be live. He and his team will work within the current marketing program at MCC as well with the new rental and welcoming committees to enhance the visits of our guests that may be candidates for purchase of one our 400 lots. Ken understands and will emphasize to his incoming clients that when you buy a lot at Motorcoach Country Club you are actually purchasing a lifestyle, not just real estate.
